We carry out our activity independently to help our partners achieve their business and economic goals and pursue their interests lawfully and to the greatest extent possible. Our goal is to provide unbiased, high-quality services built on professional foundations, which allow us to win our clients’ satisfaction; at the same time, we also promote broader knowledge and more appropriate application of the rules and good practices relating to employment. We provide our services by adopting a comprehensive approach, combining several fields of expertise. For this reason, in the course of our work we do not only focus on employment matters in a strict sense; we also take into account the related taxation and social security rules in order to be able to provide our clients with complex solutions. We are innovative and we do not deliver ideas only; we also provide assistance through implementation up until follow-up.

We have extensive experience in employment solutions in the processing sector, as well as in employment through temporary agency work and school cooperatives. We are familiar with the special rules relating to people working in road passenger and freight transport, as well as cross-border employment (posting). In addition to the labour law relating to the private sector, we are familiar with the employment rules of the public sector as well, with particular regard to public employees, including the special requirements relating to those employed in health care.

The basis of the high standard of our consultancy work is provided by our academic workshop specialised in labour law. Our colleagues publish papers in online and offline journals on a monthly basis, and give several lectures each month at different universities and further education institutions and to training organisers in the private sector. They are authors of numerous specialised books, university textbooks and four commentaries to laws.
