Within the framework of our employment consultancy, we contribute to the development and implementation of our partners’ organisational development projects, from the definition of goals to the operational level of practical implementation (development of internal regulators, communication and teaching of the changes).
In the course of the consultancy—in addition to finding the ideal organisational structure—we develop the processes necessary for efficient operation and we carry out job analysis together with the partner. In the course of our activity, we pay particular attention to the values to be preserved as well as the organisational culture in addition to ensuring labour law compliance and cost-effective solutions.
Our service includes the establishment of a wage and remuneration system which is adapted to the partner’s internal promotion and training system, facilitating the retention of the employees, which also supports both the employer’s and the employee’s side in a manner which complies with the law and is also tax-efficient.
We have more than one decade of experience in supporting temporary agency work from both the side of temporary work agencies and user enterprises.

In the course of our taxation and social security consultancy relating to employment we support our partners whether it be about domestic or foreign employment. We provide assistance in the employment of employees posted from Hungary or to Hungary in case of cross-border service within the European Union. We contribute to compliance with the set of criteria necessary for the employment of third-country employees in Hungary in order to ensure the fulfillment of the conditions required for lawful employment, from the aliens policing procedure to the termination of employment.
Within the framework of our consultancy, we provide daily support in matters requiring labour law, social security and taxation knowledge arising in connection with employment (e.g. amendment of internal policies, payroll of wages and fringe benefits, working time planning and certification), and we hold trainings (addressing the collective agreement, as well as the internal regulators) tailor-made to the client to both employees working in HR and employees from other departments.
