Our employment consultancy service supports the daily employment practice. Within that framework we provide assistance to the employer in the development and operation of an employment system which complies with the legal regulations and is efficient from human resources point of view. As part of this service we help the operation of the current practice of the client, we contribute to its improvement and we elaborate new suggested solutions.
One of the parts of the consultancy service is to deliver opinion on the models of labour documents and internal policies in a manner tailor-made to the client, and to prepare new documents which are the best suited to the needs and employment practice of the client. In this framework we are able to assess all the employment processes of the employer and we can develop the model documents which are necessary for the operation thereof.
The human resources department encounters issues to be addressed most frequently in connection with settlement of working time, rest period and wages. As part of our service we do not only support our clients in developing due procedures, but—where necessary—we also make calculations for employment based on a working time banking arrangement and its expected costs, we verify the correct functioning and settings of the payroll program, and we calculate the wage elements due to the employees based on the completed working time. In that framework, we help the employer to plan its headcount efficiently and in line with the production plans.
Collective employee representation is not common in case of domestic employers; therefore, they are often uncertain about such topics. As part of our service, we support the employer’s collective labour law processes; we provide assistance in the development of the procedures of the work councils, election of occupational safety representatives, and collective reconciliation processes and consultations. Furthermore, we support the employer in the course of the conclusion of collective agreements, work agreements and other contracts to be concluded with the trade unions by drafting new text proposals and amendments.
