Employment audit
Employment audit
Our audit service is a comprehensive inspection of the employment system, within the framework of which we identify the rules and practices applied at the employer by reviewing the internal rules, policies, collective agreements and employment contracts, monitoring the actual employment and work on the site, and through executive interviews. We compare the thus obtained information with the legal regulations and the economic and business goals of the employer by defining the advantages and disadvantages, strengths and shortfalls of the current system; then we make proposals on the amendment of the rules and practices, aiming at improving their efficiency.
The audit helps to identify the anomalies arising during day-to-day employment; the background of the questions asked by the middle managers of the HR, the differing knowledge and experiences, the specific model documents if applicable, which may result in varying solutions given by the different organisational units to the same situation. The result of the audit is a uniform operational recommendation which makes it possible that an answer suitable for the objectives of the employer and known to every manager shall be given to the arising labour questions, and employment shall not be defined by ad hoc decisions.
The audit may also concern the individual areas of employment, so we carry out individual audits of the system of working time, rest period and the payroll based on the former, the examination of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes, the employee liability systems, disciplinary, compensation and inventory liability questions. Auditing the different jobs is especially popular in the processing industry; in the course of such audits—in addition to the development of job descriptions compliant with the obvious criteria to be assessed in terms of liability for damages and termination of employment—we also examine how jobs qualifying for tax reliefs and allowing the simpler employment of Ukrainian or Serbian employees can be developed at the employer.
