Our trainings
Within the framework of our training services we present—based on the need of the client—either the entire range of employment, or certain details of it, from the selection of the candidates and the establishment of the employment relationship through the organisation of work, the settlement of working time and the payment of wages to the liability rules and the termination of the employment relationship. In the course of the training, we address the essential taxation and social security rules which are directly linked to the labour law institution. Based on the employment practice of the client the training may also cover atypical employment relationships, such as part-time work or simplified employment, and special forms of employment (such as temporary agency work, student work).
The primary goal of the training service—in addition to expanding the knowledge of the employees—is to achieve that the colleagues share a common language. In case of employees coming from different places, with different experiences and knowledge of different systems, it often occurs that they do not mean the same thing by certain concepts, as they were used at their previous workplaces with a different meaning. As a result of the training, the workplace specific and legislative terms fall into place and are filled with identical content.
The training is not limited to describing only the legislative background, as in many cases it does not fit easily in the actual operation of the client, and it can cause the same conceptual confusions that the training aims to clarify. Just for this reason, we first get familiar with the actual employment realised at the employer based on the collective agreement, internal regulations, model documents, working arrangements and wage payment structure that the client preliminarily handed over to us, and we present the legislative background in the course of the training on that basis. This way it becomes obvious what the general rule is, and what the individual solution implemented at the client is, in comparison with the former. Based on the basic knowledge of the operation we can present at the training solutions that can support and improve the operation of the employer and can efficiently handle situations which may occur in the course of employment.
The training does not take place in the form of a lecture; the slide show providing the basis only defines the framework, but the goal is to realise an interactive training, within the framework of which the colleagues can ask their specific questions occurring to them during the training, or even in advance by e-mail, as this is how the service can be actually useful and can actually support their work.
